RPS Benefits by Design, Inc. is a company with deep Midwestern roots and a heritage that began as a retail employee benefits operation for one of the nation’s largest mutual insurance companies. This was over 30 years ago. Since then, we have become independent, grown significantly, and now operate in five different cities: Overland Park, KS, Fort Scott, KS, St. Joseph, MO, Albuquerque, NM, and Phoenix, AZ.
