Group leaders and I roll up our sleeves together to bend the benefits cost curve while improving employee engagement. Otherwise, you’ll find me with my family, digging in the dirt, or riding bikes with friends.

I love working with my customers to find efficient, practical solutions to their problems while having fun in the process! I consider many really good friends and my relationships and history with them and this is what I value the most. The same could be said for my friends and family – any time spent with them -  serving together in the community, running our dogs, hiking, cooking, or cheering on our favorite teams is time well spent.

With over 25 years of HR experience in managing the entire breath of HR and Talent Acquisition, my passion is helping people. At RPS, I am responsible for client satisfaction along with the development and implementation of a client service model that provides depth and continuity in the relationships RPS has with their clients. I love to travel, spend time with my friends and family, and cheering on the Jayhawks!

My clients are very important to me, and I enjoy working with them to provide the best solutions for their insurance needs. In my free time, you can find me working on my small farm or attending a Mizzou football game.

I have been in Client Services for over 12 years.  I enjoy helping my clients find the most comprehensive solution for their insurance needs. My spare time includes hanging out with my kids as well as watching and playing sports. Go Chiefs and Royals!!!

My roots are in Oklahoma but I’ve lived most of my life in Kansas. I’ve enjoyed my work experiences in small offices and larger corporations, ranging from creative tech support to patient support, medical billing, and administration. Outside of work, my interests continue in health and wellness, interior design, and spending time outdoors with my family.  

I am committed to advocating  and solving problems for the employers, employees, and individuals who depend on us. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and relaxing in my RV at a quiet campground.

I have 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  I have worked in many facets of the insurance world.  I have a true passion for helping our clients and supporting my teammates.  I love spending time with my family, listening to music and spending time outdoors.

In this role, I use my past experience of ensuring customers and their families are secured in their futures and bring that same passion and dedication to their healthcare needs.  Outside of work, I can either be found baking in the kitchen, working out, or taking care of animals through my side gig as a pet-sitter.

I am dedicated to improving the client experience by providing quality service and communicating effectively. With a touch of my Marketing background, I make sure your benefit brochure is top notch.

When I’m not making magic at my desk you can find me singing the National Anthem at sporting events around Kansas City.

I enjoy working with clients to ensure they have the best solutions for their insurance needs. When I am not working, I can be found either reading, watching & playing sports, or planning my next travel adventure.
